Privacy Policy

CashBookly stores your bookkeeping data locally on your device.

Your bookkeeping records may include accounts, transactions, receipts, reports, recurring transaction rules, reconciliation records, business details, backup files, and other information you choose to enter or create within the app.

CashBookly does not require a user account and does not upload your bookkeeping data to SKAV Digital servers.

CashBookly does not include advertising or advertising tracking.

Your bookkeeping data remains on your device and is not collected by SKAV Digital during normal use of the app.

Receipt files remain on your device unless you choose to export, back up, or share them.

When you attach receipts, CashBookly stores local copies for use within the app. Receipt files are not sent to SKAV Digital unless you choose to provide them, for example when requesting technical support.

Backups, PDF reports, CSV exports, and Accountant Export Packs are created only when you choose to generate them.

Depending on the export option selected, these files may contain bookkeeping records, business details, report figures, receipt references, or receipt attachments.

You control where exported files are saved or shared.

SKAV Digital does not receive exported files unless you deliberately send them to us.

Any purchases made through the App Store are processed by Apple.

SKAV Digital does not receive your full payment card or payment account details. Purchases are handled in accordance with Apple's own privacy and payment policies.

CashBookly is currently designed as a local-first application.

If features such as iCloud synchronisation or other online services are introduced in a future version, this Privacy Policy will be updated to explain what information is involved, how it is stored, and how it is used.
